Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a full refund, less original shipping charges, your return must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unopened
• In original packaging, including any applicable safety seals
• In the same condition as received

Return Authorization Required

Before returning any item, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs, and a tracking
number must be provided. Velvet beauty is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used items
• Items with broken safety seals
• Sale items, including those purchased with a discount code or during a promotional
event
• Special request and pre-order items
. These purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
. In cases where packages are returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other reasons not related to product quality, actual shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• If your original order fell below the Free Shipping threshold after discounts and promotions, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
